Jimmy Plumer grew up in Florida but spent his summers in Santa Monica skating with Z-Boys, Tony Alva and Jay Adams. When he returned, he translated what he had learned into the east coast skateboarding scene. Dubbed the “Z-East Boys,” Jimmy Plumer lead an unheralded crew of skateboarders through the 1970’s.
