Description
This surfacing agent is added to polyester resin for the “hot-coat” or final coat. It’s a paraffin wax dissolved in styrene that is added to prevent tackiness and allows sanding. The wax in the curing process will rise or “bloom” to the top creating a barrier between the resin and air.
